How it works
1. Choose your key option.
New boat ramp access, annual renewal, or a replacement or walking gate card.
2. Complete the application.
Provide your property and contact details. Renewing? Include the first 8 digits of your existing card number.
3. Follow the payment instructions.
Select cash, check, or online payment. Online payments have a $7 service fee per card. Applicable late fees are additional.
Keys are issued to current property owners. Association membership is voluntary; park access cards carry a fee.

The Indian Harbor Indian Waterways Property Owner’s Association is a voluntary association that supports neighborhood improvements, maintains landscaping, communicates with residents, and serves as a liaison with the Village of Islamorada.

Enjoy the gated waterfront park, boat ramp with truck and trailer parking, walking-gate access, and places to fish, swim, or watch the sunset with neighbors.
