Join our Association

Indian Harbor Indian Waterways Property Owners Association Inc. is a voluntary Association. The Association does not have a membership fee. However, we encourage homeowners to donate to the Association. Join your neighbors and become a member of the Association. Your voluntary membership helps support our community park, cover costs for improvements, taxes, insurance, landscape maintenance, and security.

The Association does charge a fee for access keys to the community park. The fees for access keys are:

To qualify to be an Indian Harbor Indian Waterways Property Owner Association Inc. Member, you must be a property owner in the Indian Harbor Indian Waterways subdivision. Boat Ramp and walking gate keys are only given to current homeowners. The Association will NOT issue a boat ramp key to a tenant or non-homeowner. Tenants can gain access to the community park through the landlord’s membership if the landlord chooses to provide the tenant with the homeowner’s access card.

*We do NOT distribute boat ramp or walking gate cards to Tenants, we will only provide cards to Current Property Owners.*

Boat Ramp & Walking Gate Fees

Below are the Boat Ramp and Walking Gate Access Fees. Voluntary Association Membership dues can be made online below with PayPal where there will be a $7.00 service fee.

Every Gate Key Access Card has an identification number. When renewing your access card please provide the first 8 digits shown here so we can ensure that your access card is not shut off upon the renewal period.

The Identification number we need to know at the time of renewal is shown here in Red.

Voluntary membership Application

Please complete the below application before submitting payment. If you are paying by cash or a check, please include the following with your payment: Your First & Last Name, Your Indian Harbor Indian Waterways address, and the first 8 digits on your current boat ramp or walking gate access card (if you are renewing). 

Even if you choose not to join, please provide your e-mail, address, and contact information so we may contact you with newsletters, invitations, and notice of important issues that affect our community. 

BOAT RAMP & WALKING GATE KEYS ARE ONLY GIVEN TO CURRENT HOMEOWNERS. THE ASSOCIATION WILL NOT ISSUE A BOAT RAMP KEY OR WALKING GATE KEY TO A TENANT OR NON-HOMEOWNER. A $25.00 Late fee will be applied if RENEWED after April 1st.
PAYMENTS MADE BY CASH OR CHECK MUST BE RECIEVED BEFORE THE ASSOCIATION WILL ISSUE OR RENEW YOUR ACCESS CARDS.
